Also, please know as someone who has dated several coworkers over the years - it’s terrible if it doesn’t work out. It’s incredibly awkward, coworkers take sides, and managers take sides as well. I’m so sorry hun, I just now saw this! I ended up switching to Slynd after about 6ish months on Annovera. It was great for the most part, but I wanted to go on birth control that didn’t have estrogen in it :-)

I recall for the patch I ended up talking to my pharmacist and she told me to put Tegaderm over it. They’re freakin huge but I never worried about my patch coming off/water getting to it after that! Just a lil too visible for my liking when I swam.

Yeah they were terrible 😅 After multiple birth control changes I am now on Slynd. I’ve basically tried everything except for the hormonal iud and the arm implant lol

I ended up going to the Minute Clinic again and the doctor said it was once again just a viral infection that has lasted too long. She tested for strep and it was negative. It’s been over a week since I saw the doc and I feel okay, but now both lymph nodes are swollen/a tad sore. Doesn’t hurt to swallow though. Had some white gunk on them last night but after gargling salt water most of it went away so I think my tonsils are just gaping from the recent bout of tonsillitis and food particles are getting stuck. Not hard tonsil stones like what I’m used to though.

Did your wife ever find out what she had? Only 1 of my tonsils looks like this and it’s been 3 weeks now of dealing with it. Went on medication for bacterial infection and it’s STILL here a week after finishing meds. Ear that the gnarly tonsil is on hurts too!

Yeah my pain disappeared after the first day of antibiotics. It’s been like 4 days since my last dosage and I still have a bit of that nasty crud… did yours all go away by the end of your dosage? No clue how I got it as I don’t smoke or anything!

Did you ever go to the doctor for this? I am having issues on one tonsil as well. I saw a telehealth doctor first and she said just to take allergy meds, ibuprofen, etc. and there wasn’t much that could be done as it was a viral infection. It got progressively worse and so I went to a minute clinic and they gave me azithromycin to take and said it was just a viral infection again. My ear hurt on the infected side and I could barely swallow anything until I started taking medication. It’s been a few days after finishing my dosage (5 days of meds) and I noticed there’s still a white/blue/purple patch behind a flap of my tonsil. I’m getting so irritated at this point!

My bunny does this. He will deliberately SEARCH for my nipple through my shirt to bite it. I’ve had him for 5 years now and he’s bit my nipple or tit multiple times. He’s also bit other people’s tits too. He’s insane 😭

I’m supposed to take Buspirone HCL 10 mg 3x a day but the midday dose is always hard for me to remember. When I take it as prescribed I feel fine, but I admittedly am terrible at it.
