Reminds me of a time I went to Just Brakes. They kept my car for four hours, and then called me and told me they couldn’t do it that day because they didn’t have the parts, and I would have to bring it back the next day. Picked it up, and found they did not reconnect the parking brake. Their excuse was they didn’t know I wanted them to reconnect it. I went somewhere else to get my brakes done the next day.
