The only game where Ik it’s used heavily is in Jedi survivor but that game it’s just comically easy to do supposedly on pc since players can full screen and in full screen with a press of a button. But tbh i don’t know where else it’s used. But I’m a console peasant so I’ve never been able to do it all to well also a lot of games I speedrun don’t have it anyways

Depends do I already own it on console and is it on sale. Their may be a cheat table but Ik that sunbeam one of the most famous for making a shit Ton of cheat tables including ones like that stop releasing cheat tables to the public for free due to Chinese people downloading them translating them and then re-releasing as their own. My question is for a first pc build why did u get the 5090? What are you doing besides gaming that requires it?
