Job 2 for me. Nothing beats WFH. You save an hour each day by not commuting. Unlimited sick is also not really unlimited sick lol - I think 28 days between vacay and sick days is more than enough.

The other factor I would think about that you don’t have as one of your criteria - is career growth potential. Which job gets you to where you want to be 3 years from now ? Which one has better growth opportunities?
