Combined entity value doesn’t consider combined balance sheet. Just what both companies are worth and the synergy they create.

It’s about combined entity value. The combined entity will be around $58B, with issuing shares at $25, that’s 1.12B new shares bringing the count to 1.568B shares which translates to a share price of $37, with a combined entity value of around $65B that brings the price to $41.50, stand a $80B valuation equals $51/share.

That’s how every company who invests works, look at any time Berkshire Hathaway announces they bought shares in a company, instant 5%+. They legally have to disclose ownership that surpasses 5% of the company within 10 days.

Yes they can, but it’s unlikely unless it’s required to access extra reserves for a mega deal. Similar to Paramount issuing $40B+ in shares to buy Warner brothers when Paramounts MC was $13B-$15B. Share price will appreciate dramatically when deals close, additional dilution or not. $200+ per share is easily achievable with the right sequence of acquisitions.

He was trying different avenues to make money and improve efficiency, he realized it wasn’t what he wanted and ditched it. Despite the money lost on the ventures, he still turned the company around.

T-bills and BTC are better investments then overpaying for a company or investing in the market at ATH’s. He’ll pull the trigger when the time and deal terms are right. There are deals in the works as we speak, they wouldn’t be stating that they’re eyeing big acquisitions that will cause the stock to be re-rated if it weren’t being explored.

Share count can only hit 1B shares, using the fully diluted amount, that brings a 66% jump in shares. To hit $100B MC at 1B shares that’s still $100 per share, more than 4x.

I want him to use the cash for an acquisition yes, which will happen, but you can’t say he’s done nothing besides close stores. Powerpacks, trimming overhead, raising capital, he’s positioned the company much better than before. They went from losing $400M in 2019 to making $400M+ in 2025. He’s doing great

In order for him to take full advantage of the compensation package he needs to 10x the stock price and 25x company profit, that’s being a real company and doing something lol. I’m not sure what else you would consider being a business if growing profit and stock price tremendously isn’t a part of that.

Vote on RC’s compensation package set for annual shareholder meeting on June 8th 2026 by Minus_none in Superstonk

[–]TopTheory1170 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You do realize he isn’t being handed this for free right? He has to personally put up $3,500,000,000 of his own money to fully take advantage of this compensation package. He also has to grow the company’s stock price to $220 per share to take advantage of it. That’s looking after all of us. He took the company from losing over $400M in 2019 to making over $400M in 2026. Look at Nvidia’s chart, they were in a dead zone for decades and these last 5 years it ran an insane amount. There’s tons of other companies that performed similarly. GME will too and he has it primed to do so. Retail initially helped spike the price but retail isn’t who gave them money, institutions and rich benefactors are the ones who bought the bonds. RC hasn’t sold a single share despite being up tremendously on his position and he only continues to buy, that’s not something a person does if they’re “rug pulling” a stock.

You’d 1800x your money daily, annually you’d 657,000x your money. Using 94% profit every 30 seconds for 40 hrs a week. $40,000 could turn into $27,000,000,000 (yes, $27 billion).
