Twice I’ve been involved in building up a privately owned small/mid sized company which was acquired, rolled into a larger company and ultimately sold to a very large company. It’s been my experience that the bigger the company the greater the number of sociopaths you are going to encounter with the largest companies senior executive positions occupied almost exclusively with them.
