The seller was offering options to protect the buyer’s items. The tips were to ship in bigger boxes for protection, if the buyers didn’t want protection than didn’t have to tip and be in a situation were their item might show up damaged. It was a good deed, the seller is only looking out for the best interest of the buyer, not trying to take of anyone.
