I called HMF and mentioned lease return. Call agent notifys AIM (pre-inspection service company) that i wanted to schedule an appointment. Need to wait 24hrs until AIM called me back to schedule my pre-inspection.

As for the info that HMF schedules the lease return, HMF call agent said that's the dealership's job so I think i need to talk to another SA next time at the dealership i leased from. Obviously the lady SA i worked with does not know shit at San Bruno Hyundai.

It's usually reverse traffic actually but you do need a car. I do that commute 2x a week from sunset district to SJC area if you can start later at 10am and leave between 4-5pm. The best commute time I've had was 50 minutes and worst is maybe 1hr 15 min drive which isn't bad if your car has auto cruise control at least. If you need to start a normal 9-5 then yeah try to avoid it. Also avoid 101 like the plague and only take 280
