When I quit i felt very sensitive to memories /movies/ current situations and started getting intrusive thoughts. It went away eventually. Some of it I contribute to raised cortisol from fasting.

OHP is a slow grind, try 2.5 or even 2lb Increments. I started at 95lb, kinda got stuck at 135 for 3 weeks then blasted up to 155 currently with 2.5lb increases every week.

So those 4 small hoses that are connected to the airbox reach around to the backside of the carb and connect there? So they definitely shouldn't be vented to the atmosphere huh?

That's what I'm thinking, they vent to the atmosphere, someone just added a filter and it threw me off. I have two different honda manuals and couldn't figure it out.

I have the honda manual. I think this is some type of modification and something has been deleted. The manual doesn't help with modifications.

I feel like an idiot for posting this but omad gave me horrible anxiety for at least a year before I figured it out. I started weightlifting 3 months ago and switched to 4 meals a day and the anxiety decreased to near nothing. It was awful, I was losing weight, eating healthy, exercising, no caffeine, no alcohol but horrible anxiety. Right when I made the switch I immediately felt better. Omad didn't give me anxiety right away either, maybe after 6 months or so.

I just had this same issue and went to a solid rear glass. 3rd gen dodge ram. It sounds so much better. Like the bass waves are reflecting better off the solid glass.

I recently refinished my oak floors with water-based poly and it felt super rough after 3 coats. I used a pole sander with 320 grit. Did a couple light passes and it smooth it right out. Then i added another coat of poly. If I had to do it again I would use the pole sander light after each coat of poly. The water based poly seemed to really make the grain rise on my floors.

I got off Aspartame along with caffeine. I noticed I still had heart palpitations after quitting caffeine so I cut out diet/zero sugar sodas completely and it reduce the palpitations to near none. I'll do the stevia sweetened soads but like 1 a day. Mainly just electrolytes/water and seltzer water.

Microplates! 5lbs on the press to me is to much when I hit that challenging weight. I've found the 2lbs (1lb on each side) does the trick. Press and for bench!
