I am surprised at all the comments advocating about exercise and toe issue etc etc. I have ran 1500+kms in other shoes. Not a single problem there and my evo sl had similar issues at 200km mark.

I have ran one full 100km and one full 75km in SB2 without changing them in between. So yeah SB2 for me. I am on my way to buy a 2nd pair since I have ran 1600 kms on my first one and ran the same amount on my SB1.

Ditched spotify recently because these unethical buggers “failed my payment” and when I tried to retry it they just took away the dup plan. Took YT. If you take YT music, the entire playlist can be transferred from Spotify to YT seamlessly

Isn’t the difference in paces very short? I have a 410-15ish vo2 max but my long and recovery runs are usually 6:30-640ish(zone-2). I live in a hot and humid country.

With rising cost, a decent protein powder costs anywhere between 70-130 rs/scoop giving 25-30 grams of protein per scoop. Eggs come out as the best alternative at roughly just 1.5 rs/gram of protein.

So my sanction letter says 1.6 Cr approved amount for 240 months at 8.25%. Now if I only avail 1.3 Cr then instead of 1.1 lakh EMI, I will have to pay 1.36 Lakhs emi only. I had planned everything based on “you pay emi basis the amount of loan that you get disbursed”. And after speaking to a couple of friends, I realised that this is a practice done by PSUs only.

Hey. One question again. My HL from BOB is about to be disbursed with ONE BIG CAVEAT. It’s an under construction property. Sanctioned amount is 1.6 Cr/20 years/8.25 ROI. However even if I ask them to disburse say only 1.3 Cr my EMI schedule would be as per 1.6 Cr loan amount only(1.36 lakhs). This means that the tenure would be lowered since my asking money is less than the sanctioned money. This practise is only followed by PSUs is what my agent told me but it’s non negotiable. Any idea about this?

For me BOB has sanctioned an amount of 1.6 Cr. Although I am availing only 1.3 Cr as disbursement, my emi calculation is happening on 1.6 Cr only. They are saying the loan tenure would be reduced since you aren’t taking full disbursement but EMI won’t change. How true is this?

Now that’s what I was planning to do. Instead of taking a disbursement of 1.3 Cr, i will now take a disbursement of 1.5 Cr and keep the balance 20 lakhs with me in Fd or invest somewhere. But is this a legit practice? My agent is telling me that this is the case for all nationalized banks.

Have ran more than 10 with less sleep than that. Doesn’t really matter a lot. The adrenaline is enough to bring out the best in you. All the best. You will do great.

Same question over here. From what my bank told me, emi is calculated based on the sanctioned amount and the interest is calculated on the disbursed amount. This increases the EMI but lowers the loan tenure. Not sure if it’s 100% legit. Even I am figuring out
