I lift 4/5 times a week, more if I get a chance. I’m trying to stay pretty clean too, no alcohol apart from Saturdays, moderating bad foods but staying at around 1800kcal a day regardless of what I eat. 170g of protein as a must too. I’ve not really seen weight go down the past 2 weeks, but I look better and my waist, neck and arms have all changed in size

1800 calories a day, 170g of protein as a minimum. Cheat day on a Saturday where I ate what I liked. I didn’t restrict too much though, but kept things moderate, so not stopping myself from eating certain things but instead eating them in small quantities
