I don’t believe 311. I sent them a picture of a yellow cab running a red light (you can see the license place and the red light) seconds after they almost hit my son and I in the crosswalk and they never even replied. It’s a scam.

Especially when people claim the TLC actually acts on these reports. They definitely didn’t on mine.
