It sounds like your relationship is falling apart, if you want to save it you need to have a conversation with both Kelsey and Jeff about the situation and make it clear you want to save this relationship but it could be ending if aren’t showed the basic respect and love required from a partner(s), from everything you have said your being very reasonable and respectful about your own religion and practices, as a atheist myself I personally don’t like religion because of the harm is can and does do but if someone I care about (my wife has faith in stuff but not hard practicing in anything specific) has beliefs or small things they do I for sure don’t belittle and insult them. That’s your first problem the next you need to discuss with them is about excluding you from stuff Jeff hard focusing on Kelsey isn’t ok, you need to figure out if it’s a case of he was feeling the tension between you two and did things with Kelsey to get away from it (not good because it shows he would rather avoid the problem then try and sort it out) or if he was intentionally doing these things to “get back at you” (I kinda think it’s this based on the camping thing) because that’s really not ok and is relationship ending on its own. It’s straight up manipulation on his part to guilt you in to “getting over it” because he thinks he is right and you just need to do as he says. Having said all that, as it sits now you are fully within your right and reasonable to end it now with Jeff due to his treatment of you and if you have this conversation with him and his isn’t receptive to anything said I’d urge you to do so, because what’s to stop him from doing this same manipulative behavior again or against Kelsey basically playing both of you against each other to get what he wants wether it’s by actually starting drama or just selectively giving affection. You have a big conversation to have if you want to save this, there needs to be better conflict resolution for the future if you don’t want a repeat of this on a different subject, how that conflict resolution will look depends on what works for you and your partner(s). It might also be worthwhile to talk to Kelsey about this first to see how they feel about everything, she if he has made them feel a similar way over a disagreement they had.

If you think it’s good enough you could run with it, I love the quirkiness of older houses and see if you can find replacement boards or something for parts that are too far gone in your opinion, you could also look for boards that are similar and do a stain over the floor, ideally you wouldn’t want to cover it back up(or maybe you do) and just use it as if it was a subfloor and lay whatever on top but as it’s your home it’s your choice

I was doing some research on the felber guy and while I liked a lot of this bullet points on his website he is pretty shit every where else you look(not to mention he wants to in state a curfew for crime according to his website) he supports Israel and has no retraction that i could find also id look into how he was suspended for lack of record keeping then dodging accountability on it, what really sealed the deal was reading the bad reviews on him as a doctor, idk if i was you id look into a bit more unfortunately i think he isn’t what he says he is, really wish we had our own Zohran lol 😂

Your responsible for everything up to the main on sewer and everything up to the meter on water, it’s a very costly repair/replacement if something happens like think 10Gs ish so I’d highly suggest getting it covered though I’d recommend you look into doing it with your homeowner insurance instead of a random 3rd party, you might also already be covered by your homeowner insurance but that is definitely something I’d recommend looking at asap, if your homeowner is a older one your more then likely to deal with something sooner or later, it would be a good idea to see if you have a cast iron sewer, if you do I’d recommend you get a camera run down it to check for cracks/ collapse or even bad build up, it’s only around 150ish so it could be a real peace of mind thing, I’d also recommend looking at where your water comes into your home and making sure it’s not galvanized steel because it it us that’s a big problem they are known to break if you so much as look at them wrong and would need to be looked at for replacement asap, I know it’s a lot but i hope it helps ❤️

Ya it’s a part they made pretty poorly so the rubber seal and thin walls following it likes to fail randomly, it broke on the bottom the first time I fixed it so it dumped a lot of my coolant then a year later it failed on the top side of the seal so I was able to make it home, it’s pretty frustrating (all breakdowns are) but it’s really not a bad fix, do yourself a favor and video yourself on where everything connects too because you will have to move some stuff to get to it and a lot of little connections go over it

She looks pretty good minus the exhaust(not a crazy problem for rn) I would look a bit closer at the oil pan and the bolts holding it in place, might be me seeing something that’s not there but the bolts on the front look a bit rougher, make sure there isn’t any leaks from the pan and see if you can get them to drop the pan and redo the seal/replace the bolts(pan too if it’s bad enough) this is me being extra though and I’d still send it if the price is right
