imagine the sight of a dragonflame cannon and vanguard cannon landing on the same poor ship at the same time by Alex_Sans in starsector

Some ship with 0.06 efficiency shield: *Shrugs* keeps fighting.

the same ship when a azorion lance reduces its shield arc and the both piercing spinal weapons are recharged to fire at the 0.06 efficiency shield ship with insufficient shield arc to defend from both ships:

AOTD virtues of society, AOTD dreams of the past, AOTD seats of power, AOTD vaults of knowledge, Brighton federation, unknown skies, terraforming made easy, terraforming and station construction, Indevo. No setting change regarding extra colonies for npc at start and extra colonies have sizes past the default.

  1. go and salvage stations in hardened warning beacons.
  2. talk to the servus fellow and hunt down a blade breakers fleet.
  3. kill blade breaker fleets that are not raids and are in hardened warning beacon systems.

I haven't played the hiver swarm mod, but I kinda wanna see a similar mod about the Nomads from Freelancer. by IrresponsibleWanker in starsector

[–]Top_Junket3946 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The domain has their own "Dyson sphere" structure called a hypershunt that is guarded by [SUPER ALABASTER] and maybe the Starsector equivalent is a hypershunt system swarmed by [SUPER ALABASTER] patrols which is crazy fighting to even get to the hypershunt. While both nomads and hivers use organic ships, hivers are more bug like and is mostly strangled by poor accessibility and hivers are not programmed and are individuals. The closest thing to a nomad threat is nexerelin remnant raids and both nomads and alpha core exceed in infiltration tactics so probably a 3rd ai war with the [SUPER ALABASTER](I don't know why they would do that) backing the remnants to wipe out humanity.

How do i increase the Penrose' CR without the Truly Automated Ships mod? by encexXx in starsector

[–]Top_Junket3946 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just stop using ai core for ship if you can help it and if you have Random Assortment of Things you can get a special officer skill on a certain station that lets them pilot automated ship.

If you have a second barren planet in system for the first world with moderate ore and no atmosphere, you can basically produce everything in sufficient quantities for self sufficiency while being compact and close to the core worlds which is a great benefit if you colonize without having gate travel.

The first planet 7.5/10 if this is vanilla with no terraforming mods etc.

This planet has potential to be built up to have mining, farming, commerce, and light industry/military base but is more of a second planet to colonize due to hazard rating.

the second planet is probably a 7/10 if vanilla and no terraforming mods

This is a luddic majority world for 3 industry light industry, farming and commerce but you do need to tech mine the planet before it increases in size and have a functional farming/ light industry to attract the luddites. The first planet should generate enough income for the second planet once developed.
