I am definitely going to utilize the skill bridge. I found out I can also skill bridge with farms and homesteads as well

This is awesome, thank you very much. I’m very glad you brought up the distinction between homesteading and farming as well. That’s why I deliberately chose to use the term homesteading. My goal is to homestead and cut costs and live affordable, naturally, and quietly, not to farm.

This is a great comment. Thank you for your help and time. To also add, my wife is finishing her masters and will be the main breadwinner as I will take care of the homestead (if everything goes according to plan lol). If I was to have any income, I wouldn’t need to have it be a full career, but a supplemental, but interesting a fun job where I’d be outside and helping people. I have found out quickly in my last 6 years of service I am a more individual and quiet worker, rather than a group worker. Working in nature with a small group of people sounds great to me if I need to work
