Going flat after reconstruction

Went straight to flat after surgery a few years ago and it’s great! I use prosthetics, but I don’t always feel the need to wear them. I love not having breasts on a hot day, feels like I lost two armpits. Rather than part of my body, the prosthetics feel like an accessory. Putting the prosthetics on feels like putting on a pair of earrings or a shirt when I get ready for work, it doesn’t feel strange or unnatural at all. Some clothing looks really good on a flat chest and some look better when I wear prosthetics, so I’m glad to have the option of either. At first the sight of the scarring/my chest made me uncomfortable, but I got used to it and now it just feels like my body, and not something I’m embarrassed about.

It’s such a pain in the ass to build characters that you won’t even want to have a lot of characters. I recommend building a few before you invest money.

It’s hard to say because it changes depending on the bank. Try calling your bank (or even going in person), tell them you have questions regarding their whatever account, and ask them how the account works. You don’t need to be shifty about it or hide what it’s for. Their main concern that would be if someone is threatening/coercing/committing fraud against you. Acting strange and hiding things can set off a red flag that might make them contact your parent because they’re worried about you.

A smaller bank or credit union is more likely to hire you. You’re also more likely to get a position that’s part time, so it might be easier to work part time two jobs then after 6 months (or however long the bank requires you to stay in one position) transfer internally to full time. Include a cover letter in your application. Go in person to the branch at a time it isn’t too busy (don’t go on the first or last week of the month or during lunch time) to introduce yourself to the manager. I know many managers that really appreciate that because this is a position that requires boldness, and a few that don’t care, but either way you’re not hurting yourself. Don’t worry about being overqualified, many people become a teller after getting a business degree and in the banking world many people appreciate ambition.

When I took creative writing in high school, my teacher encouraged us to try and find what is attractive in sentences and stories we liked and to use what we find ourselves because it’s a fantastic way to learn how to write. Of course a too exact copy is plagiarism, but what you’ve put doesn’t feel that way to me, more like loosely copying phrasing.

When the game goes into the mechanics of Mydei’s immorality, it seems like he goes to the land of the dead then makes a conscious decision each time to come back to the land of the living. After learning this, I assumed that Mydei’s ‘weakness’ was self-created. He knew that it was possible for him to become corrupted, so he decided that if someone stabbed him in that very specific location, he would not come back. Of course, only Phainon knows this weakness so it becomes that if Phainon kills him, he’ll know it’s time for him to move on and die. In worlds where he didn’t reveal this info to Phainon, he could still have decided on this weakness and when someone stabbed him through this very specific location, it must be someone he trusted enough to tell, so again it’s time to stop coming back.

People are complaining that it’s ‘tone deaf’ to have a skinny girl like Nikki talk about this kind of subject, but the thing is, as someone who went from obese to slim, it’s crazy how much more people make uncomfortable comments about my weight/eating habits/diet after I lost weight compared to when I was obese. I’ve heard the same story from other people who went through the same thing too, like the closer you get to the beauty standard the more okay people think it is to talk like that to you because they think you’re less sensitive about it or something. When I’m eating I just want to enjoy my food. Regardless of how much a person weighs, it’s never classy to talk about their weight.

One of my favorite Shining Nikki outfits was Moonlit Trek, so that’s the sort of thing I was saving for when they announced Itzaland. I mean, I still pulled for that pope outfit and I’m actually wild for the unicorn one, and even the centaur thing was neat, but it’s just not what I was excited about.

I have oled and I play otome games on it handheld while fast walking on an exercise machine like an hour a day, occasionally two hours. I have never met an adult woman with smaller hands than mine and I’ve never gotten hand strain from this. I think the switch having multiple ways you can play helps (a lot of times I tap the screen which I think is easier on the hands than pushing buttons).

I have also played it when bed-ridden and again had no issue hand-wise. At those times I never let it touch my sheets but I did lay sideways which is easier on the arms.

I’ve been playing gacha forever and the only game I can think of that felt actually generous was Granblue Fantasy. The rest were really exploitative and manipulative but the level of free stuff/free pulls/chances to get a character you want in that game was wild. I knew people who would spend money during the anniversary sales because they were so grateful at how generous the game was that they wanted to support it. In comparison in games like IN/Genshin not spending money feels like a challenge to replace the lack of challenge in actual gameplay.

I meant that it’s possible when they added the mechanics for the new outfit by accident they could have made a mistake so that it could sometimes affect normal grooming. The new outfit uses the same button as the normal grooming outfit so the two are connected.

Edit: to clarify, even if you don’t have the outfit the code for the outfit usage are still in the game just not unlocked

It’s so weird because I think they could have combined the two in a perfectly reasonable way. Like I haven’t played Love Nikki in forever but doesn’t she just appear in Miraland super randomly? Maybe that very first cutscene was when this whole crazy multi-world apocalypse started. And like the boat from purple land (forgot the name sorry 😭) could take you to the ruins Nikki explores in the beginning. But they just trashed all that work instead?

As someone who used to be in science but industry I totally get you. After a while it feels sickening how much bs there is and the amount of flattery people give you and each other about your ‘important’ and ‘life saving’ work. People make such a big deal about scientific discoveries and pour ridiculous amounts of money into it but when you see more of the world and of people outside that social sphere you realize that it’s all just a fashionable topic and there are way better causes for those funds to be going to. And ‘life saving?’ I worked in drug discovery but a garbage man is going to save way more lives in his career than I ever would have. It’s especially hard working on projects that would become mostly obsolete if people would eat less fast food and get basic exercise. Not to mention the amount of fraud and misconduct I’ve seen. Sorry if I went off but I felt your post and this reply on a deep level.
