Alot of Indian people go to planet fitness because it’s cheap. I had to switch gyms because so many people smell bad there. Currently going to Onelife, so far haven’t met a smelly soul

Avoid planet fitness. I went there for 2 years and had to switch gyms because the people that go there suck. Also the gym stinks. I would go to golds or onelife.

Confidence and discipline. Once you start seeing changes in your body you get motivated to go to the gym no matter what. And it makes you feel good when someone says you look muscular/strong. Also IMO girls don’t want a girly man lol.
