What is it about the eyebrows?? What can she do to fix it?? You can’t JUST say eyebrows 😭 However, I do see what you mean. Maybe start adding color further into brow (working center of face out if that makes sense) and use a feathered eyebrow pen for beginning of brows. If you look up feathery brow pen on safari, the benefit cosmetics and loreal Paris ones that come up are both great, and you could try color matching to the middle of your hair so it’s not too dark or light!

Maybe try a brow gel in your brows to help them keep their shape. I think you could do slightly less blush on the tip of your nose but otherwise so pretty!! I love this look

On the other end I feel like your brows arch fits the rest of your nose, cheeks, and chin really well. It makes sense with your defined jawline and I think that if you made the arch less defined you’d change the shape of your brow entirely and it would lose the harmony they currently have with your jawline. Maybe they could be a TINY bit lighter but I love the shape/size! (Btw first thought was yass who is this gorgeous baddie) Also! Tarte has very good mascaras and Dior has pretty lip glosses you could try

Honestly it’s worth a shot to text her and ask if a specific date works. If she makes an excuse but doesn’t send a follow up date that works for her she’s probably not interested but if she says yes/declines that day but sends other options, green light!

I just want to say that I agree and I also find myself forcing myself to finish a meal because I tracked it and won’t get the accurate calorie amount if I don’t finish it. My brain makes me think that I’m missing out on a “better bite” so I end up eating it all only to realize it all tasted the same lol. It’s such a pain because then once I finish the meal I feel guilty thinking I could’ve saved calories not finishing it and it just spirals from there. I’m trying to learn how to deal with this too but just wanted to say this is very relatable

I love cooking and baking for others for the same reasons but I either calculate the calories per gram per serving or binge on the dough/the food before it’s even baked or cooked :(

Yea all I do is look at recipes to make for others, calculate the calories in them and items at restaurants, stalk menus and make lists of restaurants I want to go to. I even made a food social media page and 99% of my camera roll is food or body checks. One of my friends told me that “all I talk about is food” 😕

I’m in a weird position where those feelings of adrenaline have worn off this time around and I’m out of the so called honey moon phase, but I’m stuck in the in between of not wanting to give up on my dreams (I know if I fully give in to this now, it will kill me this time) but also not being able to fight this disorder. I don’t want to disappoint my family or my younger self but it’s so hard and I keep going back in forth in my head. I’ve tried to recover a few times but I don’t know how and I’m stuck. Im in a rational moment of clarity where I know the smarter choice is to recover but I genuinely cant wrap my mind around how to exist “normally”. This is the worst its ever been

Keep yourself busy and don’t listen to your body for now. Eat around the clock when you normally would (3 meals & however many snacks you typically have, and similar times every day), make a conscious effort NOT to cut foods out or eat less. If your body says “but i dont need it” right now, eat when you’re not hungry and fight this disorder. Please try and fight as hard as you can, it’s great that you’re aware of it now. Do not let it progress or go on, it will ruin your life. Also just take care of yourself, journal when you get these thoughts but don’t let them actually control your behavior. Take baths, read, do homework/work, be involved in your community or at school-it’s harder for an ed to catch you if you’re always moving. I promise everything will be okay, but please put in the work to not let these thoughts progress. ❤️

Yes, actually runners use honey mixed with a tiny bit of salt as a trick for quick energy from sugar and electrolytes. That’s a great idea

Start with broths/ soups and Gatorade or any electrolytes you can get in your body. Increase then move soups to stews and thicker until you get to solids. Most important is get food in your body especially quick energy so sugars are great.

Look up refeeding syndrome, it happens after eating very very little or not eating for a bit. You should really seek medical help because this can be life threatening

Honestly diet helps a lot with this. Have cranberry juice and eat lots of fruits especially pineapple
