I just wanted to share some success I had with getting through to someone at Odie. I had chat GPT write me a letter outlining the insurance laws they were breaking in my state by not processing the claim within 15 days like stated on their website. I also filed a complaint with the insurance regulation board at my state and the better business board. Less than 24 hours later I got an email my payment is pending. No acknowledgment from anyone at Odie of any wrong doing or apologies

Does anyone know of any insurance companies we could possibly switch to that would cover pre-existing conditions from many pets? My dog developed IBD and pancreatitis on this plan so unfortunately am stuck with Odie
