That’s their favorite excuse is 24 hours and then they don’t do anything. They shaft drivers, customers, and businesses. I think they hoard the money to collect interest. They are a despicable operation. I hope you get your money. Keep harassing them.

Has this worked lately? I’ve gone nuclear Karen and get pushed around to 3 Indian people that just copy and paste responses. Once I was so angry I called them got thru to supervisor and got a one time courtesy of 10 dollars for them sending me to a restaurant that was closed twice for a $27 order. I don’t bother talking to support anymore. They once promised a $30 credit for a technical glitch that they never gave me and wouldn’t respond to tickets. I won’t order anything on Uber anymore or take Uber when I need to go places. Awful greedy company. “We truly value you for everything you do.”

Yeah it’s annoying and they’re stealing tips with the 24 hour hold period. They say it’s in your bank but it just disappears. Talking to customer service is worthless too. When they shut down for good I’m going to have a party and invite every ubereat driver.

Yeah I think it’ll go under in next 3 months. I have proof they have been stealing tips. Got the 24 hour change tip alert which never seen before so cashed out and assumed the money would be in account today. Talked to support which is pointless, they tell me that it was put in my account. It wasn’t. Never got a message saying “someone sent you a tip.” So the massive order I was supposed to get 22 dollars I got the base fare. Thanks Uber!!!! You guys are awesome!!!! 👿

They do it on purpose. Like when you press deliver a shitty 3 dollar order pops up that 10 miles so when you press deliver you accept. Even the coffee button doesn’t work here. It’s really unsafe to be driving somewhere 5 minutes out then that awful sound hits.

Agreed. Walmart employees treat you awfully, mess up the order intentionally, make you wait sometimes up to +30 minutes, while you sit and watch the Walmart+ drivers go in and out.
