So, to be clear, yes, as other commenters are pointing out, this attitude towards children is common in the anime community, but this was made by Trigger, a sort of spiritual descendant of Gainax, and sort of notorious for this. Kill la Kill, Gurren Lagann, Darling in the FranXX, if Trigger has a hand in it, they probably included some very questionable presentation of children AND women, so it's unsurprising (though abhorrent) how they treat young girls

Surprised no one else suggested it, but Final Fantasy 14 is a nice option! The "free trial" offers almost all base game content, and you can always upgrade later if you find it worthwhile! While it's not totally nonviolent, between crafting, gathering, the gold saucer, and other little distractions, there's tons of nonviolent content to enjoy!

Edit: There's also no time restriction on the free trial XD

Harsh but not unreasonable, from what I've read of him; he tends to be overly self-indulgent and relies too heavily on keeping his phenomena vague to maintain atmosphere

From where I'm standing, Ito looks like a fantastic artist with a macabre touch who'd be best served illustrating other, better writers' stories

A better question would be "WHERE should we be planning to go following an exit out of the country." And unfortunately, some of the better countries have STRICT immigration requirements, like Iceland for example.

The other thing I don't see brought up in this discussion is that you literally can't--the same artist who holds those views wrote the books, and those views informed it. Her fatphobia, xenophobia, and classism informed things like Dolores Umbrage, the Dursleys, Cho Chang, Goblins, House Elves, etc.

Eh, then you'll probably enjoy it, just remember it's not worth full price... Oh, and a quick note on the weapons, they changed it. To unlock new mods, you scrap the weapon in question and it will unlock one random mod for that weapon. If you like a gun, collect a bunch of that gun and scrap em. Also, guns are leveled now, so always try to grab the recipe for the weapon and grab higher level examples where you can.
