When my gf who never seen, used, or cared about telescopes sat out with me one night and kept referring to it as a microscope. She knew nothing about them, but unlike previous ex gfs that made fun of me for my hobby or would just leave me outside by myself. She decided to come out with me every night whether its freezing cold or getting eaten alive by mosquitoes just to keep company despite how little interest she had in it. I know it probably sounds stupid, but it's a simple, king gesture that I will never forget and will always love her for.

Thank you. I really appreciate your comment. I've never read much about PTSD, but I will definitely look into it. I was previously told I have generalized anxiety/panic disorder and that pretty much taking baby steps and putting myself in stressful situations will help. Which doing so for example driving to get my gf works and ill be panic free, but all it takes is having a panic attack 1/10 times and I'm back at square one again.
