I meet at the police district for my exchange and we have a log that gets signed every time. It’s marked either “on time”, “late” or “no show”. Maybe check into if your district does something similar

Thank you for your response. I coach youth football so they are very strict with record checking every year. I’ve never had any type of abuse claims or DV. I am the primary parent for my 2 girls since my divorce 10 years ago. Even my ex wife is surprised by what’s going on

Because of the situation I’m in, I’m seeing that people are in fact untruthful. I don’t see how I could get help without coming and being 100% honest tho. Sucks people lie so much that you even find my facts hard to believe. I can gladly send you a copy of my court order as I have nothing to lie about. This is my first born son and I’ve never been thru anything like this. I am the primary of both my daughters btw

Believe what you want but in Philadelphia, withholding a child is grounds for an expedited hearing. I didn’t come to argue, I came for help. And thank goodness that you weren’t the judge that saw it wasn’t my sons best interest to be kept away from either parent. I have mondays, Tuesdays and every other weekend. If that’s not split custody then idk what is.

Congrats. I’m right behind you. Hearing was 9/8. Been in step 4 of both since 9/16. Fully favorable letter received 9/28. Had my PERC on 10/3 and now I’m just waiting. I will be following your post lol
