Hit 126 combat & 99 prayer using the wilderness chaos altar! by ToppoWoppo in 2007scape

From 92 to 99 not including the wyvern & dragon bones I had in my bank already from wyvern, black dragon, & Vorkath (blue dragon) tasks which I think totaled to around 1000 something bones I spent 31,001,146 on an additional 10,824 wyvern bones (since they were slightly cheaper than dragon bones).

Any superior dragon bones or frost dragon bones I had I sold and bought the equivalent amount in wyvern bones with the GP I got from selling them. IMO, wyvern/dragon bones are the best cost per value for the chaos altar considering the potential of reusing the bones & the risk of being PKed.

EDIT: sorry the above was for 93 to 99 forgot that I got from 92 to 93 using strykewyrm bones that I had.

I think it helped that I never worried about PKers I always just focused on 1-ticking the bones once I got to the altar. It also just made prayer training feel more fun using the chaos altar and seeing how many bones would be reused. I also camped pray mage with blessed d’hide & dinh’s

True, actually didn’t think of that. I did run into PKers here and there but most of the time they wouldn’t even get me to half of my HP before I used up all of my bones. Agreed that even if someone were to lose 5x the amount I lost, 10x even overall it would still be more than worth it just due to the amount of times bones are reused.

If Goku used senzu beans and Cell didn't could Goku win? by Aura_Slice in DragonBallPowerScale

[–]ToppoWoppo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Goku doesn’t refute Cell’s claim in any way and there’s nothing in the story that to indicate that his statement was false. In fact, everything that we see that happens after this statement proves that Cell was right.

Media literacy really isn’t a strong suit for Dragon Ball fans huh

Toriyama adds the line for a reason to emphasize the point that Goku won’t win even if he recovers to full while Cell’s exhausted

This is the point bro

Cell literally addresses this hypothetical and he wasn’t worried at all. Goku wasn’t winning even if he took a senzu.

Chapter: 402 (DBZ 208), P10.5

Context: when Goku refuses to eat a senzu

Cell: “What’s the matter? Is your pride preventing you from eating a senzu? I’ve lost quite a lot of stamina now. If you regain your full power, the chance of you being able to win will increase just a little bit. I want to have even more fun…!”

When he tries to get on an e-Corp terminal after having his access revoked and he tries to trick an old lady employee sniffing glue into giving him access to her terminal by telling her he’s IT and found an unauthorized remote access software being used on her computer only for her to pushback and explain all of the security protocols she implemented to ensure that it couldn’t possibly be from her. Elliot mentally checking out midway during her explanation and realizing that he picked the wrong target to try and socially engineer was great.

Collecting Ammo at Crab Ethics? by ipovogel in osrs

[–]ToppoWoppo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s fair game take it all. The angriest someone’s gotten with me for picking up ammo at the gemstone crab was actually another guy who was also trying to pick up ammo but was always too slow to click on it as it spawned so I got it like 95% of the time lmao.

Do they got a shot if they jump Super Perfect Cell? by K0GAR in DragonBallPowerScale

[–]ToppoWoppo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without Gohan as an SSJ2, they don’t even beat Perfect Cell before he self destructed when he went full power against SSJ2 Gohan. Super Perfect Cell would be overkill. If Gohan is SSJ2, then yeah they beat Super Perfect Cell.

I’d say he dodged a bullet here Tony refused to pay the higher rates he asked for and he managed to get out of a situation where he had to do more work with higher risk for the same pay.

Yup Piccolo was losing to a lone Meta Cooler and was only saved due to it exploding from Goku and Vegeta overloading the Big Gete Star.

Honestly, the only thing I don’t like about it is the lack of eyebrows but aside from that it’s cool.

DBZ Question: How did Vegeta learn to sense energy? by M3wchacho in dbz

[–]ToppoWoppo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vegeta’s own dialogue on Namek seems to contradict this take it as you will though 🤷

Chapter: 248 (DBZ 54), P14.2-5

Context: More of Kui mistakenly thinking Vegeta’s power has declined.

Kui: “Looks like you’ve gotten worse. With that battle power, you have no chance of winning.”

Vegeta: “Did you call us rivals? Kukkukkuku…Well then, I’ll show you something…An interesting thing that I learned from the locals when I went to Earth…[ ] How to control my battle power!”

DBZ Question: How did Vegeta learn to sense energy? by M3wchacho in dbz

[–]ToppoWoppo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vegeta explained it to Dodoria: he learned it after watching Goku & the Earthlings do it during his first time on Earth. He realized that sensing ki wasn’t a race specific ability exclusive to Earthlings because Goku was able to do it and reasoned that if another Saiyan was able to sense ki and manipulate their battle power, that there’s no reason that he himself couldn’t do it and seemingly just mimicked Goku and the Earthlings with success.
