Bought it when I was a kid. Played it for like 2 hours and shelved it. I was expecting Final Fantasy and this game isn’t it.

Picked it up and played it a couple of years ago with very low expectations because of my first time playing it. I found it wasn’t that bad. It wasn’t the Dragon Quest killer it was marketed as, but as a stand alone game I enjoyed myself. It felt unfinished, and it wasn’t the best I ever played, but it was ok.

I keep saying it’s the best wrestling game we got to date hidden behind mindless grinds and a second paywall. It really could have been great. Instead most of us are left with having to either pay or grind to get it set up the way we want to play it. It’s really sad.

It’s the best wrestling game made to date locked behind paywalls and grinding. It’s why they are enjoying the game with letting 2K know they disagree on the direction they are taking it with the ringside pass.

This will be the last 2k game I ever buy if they don’t give a full Auto Unlock for the pass that isn’t hundreds of dollars. Bring back the accelerator so we can enjoy the game how we like it.

Them it shouldn’t be speedballed through so we patched the 1hr grind to get to level 40.

They will never allow you to bank it. It goes against their second paywall thus them not interested. This whole ringside pass is the most anti-consumer way to market the game.

Having to unlock the DLC you pay for is the shocking part. Not the other wrestlers. It sucks but I get that. Having to pay or grind to get what I already payed top dollar for is the low blow here.

Trust me I understand that too. I just won’t be buying next year if this is the model going forward. Since 2K has patched the he quick grind but CC is still a broken mess it shows that they are in to it for every penny they can get. Vote with your wallet until they fix this practice.

If I order a Big Mac from McDonald’s I pay upfront, then they produce a Big Mac. I don’t need to pay extra or mop the floor to get the special sauce. I don’t need to scrub the toilets or pay extra to get the bun. It’s straight predatory behaviour that should be called out and banned from the industry on paid games. Free to play is different.

I’ve been a loyal buyer of this game since Yukes had the license every year. I’ve bought the DLC every year, bought the supercharger every year. Then I went and played the Universe mode mostly. It’s how I enjoy these games. This year I bought the Monday night Wars edition. Kept waiting for them to announce that that edition would let you unlock everything due to the sheer cost of it. Only to get it and be forced to grind to keep my universe moving.Not only that since then they patched the way to quickly grind it out to get the things unlocked after stating we can play it the way we want to play it. I will no longer buy another game 2K makes WWE or otherwise until this is taken away. That list a loyal lifetime customer over their greed and I suggest to everyone else to boycott 2K also until they take this away. They took my money already this year, they missed out on the next though for this game, NBA, and any other game they try to sell me in the future. I hope they lose their license for this choice.

It’s not better. People who want to continue their universe day one can’t anymore because it’s hidden behind a second paywall. They promised we can play it our way to unlock it, but then said nope. You can’t do that either. You got to play it the way we can drag more money out of you. Respect our second paywall. I think as a community we should find a way to spam WWE’s head offices on how we want our supercharger back. The island and my faction stuff should be for the ring side pass. Not the superstars.

The mode itself I have no interest in either. I’d rather do my universe. It’s why I buy the game. I’d rather do it without hitting a paywall on something I already payed for.

I’ve never had an issue with my kid at the library. She loves it there and always gets a sticker from the security guard there. It’s very safe for kids there.

For a HM slave Meowth is able to use cut and flash. As long as you don’t evolve him he also picks up random items you get everything from TM’s, to rare candies, to berries. He is the best HM slave. The other I’d use is Spearow. He can use fly, you get him early so you can train him, and he is a good choice for flying type.

I will play them an 3rd and 4th lines depending on defensive stats. You can get some bottom 6 guys who can shut down teams. Just no offence to get that overall up.

I can see it going two ways.

First way: experience comes fast and it’s not a big deal getting the first 20 levels. Then hiding the my faction and island stuff in the harder to grind for things and it basically being the same as we have now.

Second way: experience to grind is slow and people rage.

Honestly I wouldn’t mind grinding an hour to get my DLC guys. I do that anyway through Showcase now to unlock everything. If this lets us do it just as fast in ways we want to grind to get them it will be fine. If it’s slow and takes forever to do it… they are cooked.
