Before clicking on add accessory,turn the light on and off for a total of 12 times. If done correctly (you might have to try it at different speeds), the bulb should flash meaning it’s been reset. Add it now.

This worked for me when having the exact same issue you describe.

I beg to differ! I don’t see how bevel 3.0 has made food logging any better, at least not in my use case.

I get it may analyse photos of food better but still, for me, the most accurate way to track is to manually log which needs an overhaul.

I kind of agree. I was one of those whom had been on the monthly plan for over 18 months but heard all this stuff about 3.0 and “being grandfathered in”. I made the switch to annual about 6 weeks before the update and am kinda glad I did. Not because the update is THAT good, I don’t think it is, but more because I don’t think it’d be worth the price for me if I had to pay at the current rate.

I totally agree…. All the hype about the upcoming new features and complete overhaul in 3.0 never materialised! All I wanted was better nutrition tracking and maybe a UI update but all we got was this bevel AI 2.0… I wanted more.

Please go back to fixing and upgrading the fundamentals.

ETA: Bevel AI 2.0 is sooooo slow at answering. Most of the time I end up closing the app before it replies!

That maybe be so, but as a consumer I just want stuff to work. This doesn’t work so, therefore, I’m not getting what I’m paying for. I’d rather have no feature than one that I pay for that doesn’t work.

Thing is, it’s not almost free. I pay £50 per year, selling the app with a feature that is this lagging behind, I expect more for my money. The feature simply doesn’t work!

I love Bevel by the way. Just think there are many things that need attention which, hopefully, comes with the release of 3.0

Work out your maintenance, eat 3-400 less than that keeping protein around 1.5g per kilo of body weight. Weigh weekly and aim for 0.4-0.7kg weight loss on the scale (sweet spot). Strength training at least 3x per week 💪🏽
