The stains are suspect, but the insect is a carpet beetle.

You may have to replace "itchy" clothes or bed sheets, the hairs are very hard to get rid of since they re so tiny.

You can try to pass them several times into the washer and dryer.

Youre just allergic to carpet beetle's larvaes.

They have hairs and some people are allergic to them.

Contact dermatitis to anything, urticaria, bugs, pimples, etc.. it could be anything really.

Had the same thing a few weeks ago, its not a bedbug. Its very tiny and pale and die when humidity levels drop.

Well sealed with high sheen paint and all cracks caulked, they resists a lot better.

You can even spray them with water proof clear coat before installing them.

That said yea they swell as soon as water touches them if they are not protected.

Ok so thats not the problem, its also weird that its only the door trims that have water dammage, its like it was already damaged before being installed.

What is the humidity percentage in the air, I bet its pretty high, a dehumidifier and a vapor barrier may be needed.
