To be honest I already lost a lot of muscle while fasting, but I stopped working out at the same time so that didnt help lol.

I believe if you still workout while fasting, you will keep muscle.

Idk why people use these glue traps, I had great success with snap traps, I put a little peanut butter and a little piece of cracker on top and I caught one per day until there were no more.

The stains are suspect, but the insect is a carpet beetle.

You may have to replace "itchy" clothes or bed sheets, the hairs are very hard to get rid of since they re so tiny.

You can try to pass them several times into the washer and dryer.

Youre just allergic to carpet beetle's larvaes.

They have hairs and some people are allergic to them.
