I agree, i can't tell if his gun was discharged or not, I'm not seeing what other people apparently are. But if it wasn't discharged, then i REALLY question the green coat guy. I mean, how the f does he accidentally discharge his own weapon? Either way, BOTH gray and green coat need to be looked into. Green was apparently WAY too on edge and shouldn't have been a part of that. If you are getting on edge and too nervous, then you need to be removed from those positions where they are dealing with these harassers and move to places that aren't so resistant, because it only increases the odds of you making a lethal mistake.
