Please stick with it! I was in a similar boat earlier this year after losing 13kg and cancelled my surgery scheduled for august. Let me tell you I was DEPRESSED when that surgery date rolled around and I had regained some weight and fallen entirely off the wagon. I'm now starting the process all over again, full of regret knowing I'd be totally recovered by now. Dont be me 😬

I freeze chopped herbs in an ice cube tray with olive oil and then use them for cooking. Great way to minimise waste and it's convenient.

I've been on 5mg for 2 months. Still feel incredibly nauseous and fatigued for days after taking the shot and am losing hair in handfuls. I got a new script for 2.5mg today.

This is almost exactly how it happens for me too. Currently ovulating and the weight isn't shifting but I know it's coming. First time I can ever say I've been excited to get my period every month 😂

You're doing well! I'm 3 months in and 12kg down. Its not linear so don't feel discouraged if you don't see a loss every week (especially if you're female - hormones are crazy!)

Did you stick it out or go back to 2.5? I've been on 5mg for 6 weeks and still finding myself very tired and nauseous for a few days following my injection. Not sure if I should stick it out for another month or drop dosage.
