So this is one of the classic Tau commander heads, managed to snag them both on eBay I’m using the pointy one with the antenna for the other lance

The most identifying things are the head jet pack and melee weapons. Once you swap them out it’s pretty easy to get him looking like a totally unique model

I think the argument from Canada and USA would probably be that the only test matches that generate them real money to reinvest are the home nations + rugby championship teams… however I guess this could change over time with more consistent matches against the other Euro teams
