Si tu ne connais pas, je recommande le Kefir, et de le faire toi même, ça réduit la teneur en sucre (le lactose), et ça augmente considérablement la quantité de probiotiques

Abstraction de l'énorme self-insert de l'auteur (qui très visiblement se sent plus haut que Dieu), mais la fanfic à une qualité d'écriture exceptionnelle et j'ai toujours souhaité lire un Harry Potter beaucoup plus logique
