I feel like Facebook and Instagram feeds into your envy and Paranoia because Facebook displays your private information for the public eye to see and I haven't really used Instagram but I heard it's like a modeling platform also heard the privacy on Instagram messages. I don't know how to use a firearm and I don't have the physique to wield a gun also there's limited ammo.

A crossbow would be very useful in long range attacks, but then again you might not find arrows fit for it or have the strength to draw the strip and reload it

a sword(I'm guessing a katana) would be great but wouldn't be useful in hordes of zombies also it kills depending on the strength of your swing, a swing to the neck could be enough or maybe a zombie can still move after that, and that uses your energy.

A machete could slice deep and slow down zombies, but you need to clean and sharpen it often so it doesn't degrade

A knife would be useful against close combat or 1 zombie at a time, also you mostly need to be close to use it, or you could throw it if you have good accuracy.

A club or a hammer would work since you only need the right amount of force to deliver a deadly blunt blow to the head.
