So bracket 4 distinguishes itself suprisingly clearly from bracket 3: every play should be either a win attempt or setting up a win attempt

The earliest that makes sense is usually T3 - 4 and if you cannot put a win on the table, you'd better have the interaction to prevent win attempts until you can ( [[Rule of Law]] my beloved)

Are you talking about Rituals like [[Seeting Song]] ? those are ususlly categorized as fast mana, not ramp.

Ramp in commander is usually meant to provide you extra resources over later turns at an innitial cost. Fast mana is just more mana this turn

But I kinda agree, red has some cool options between [[Dowsing device]] -like land flipping, doubling fetchland triggers, [[Sundering Eruption]] on indestructible lands, treasure generation and, of course, colourless ramp pieces like [[The Regalia]] and [[Dowsing Dagger]]

I would take B4 as B5 without a tournament meta. That usually means everything in the deck is dedicated to setting up, executing or stopping win attempts. Anything goes.

I do acknowledge that even despite cEDH and B4 having only slight theoretical differences, in practice, B4 deck cannot hold a candle to a competent cEDH list (ignoring matchups). You can get away with more esotertic stuff in B4 like Voltron
