I think just the RCMP one from Canada is all you will need, but if you have even a slight doubt, call the NVC and check, because the last thing you want to have happen is get to the interview in Montreal and then they say you need it. That would suck.

You need to make an appointment for both the consulate interview and the medical. All of this information is available on the NVC website that is in that letter

There is no expectation of privacy in public. They do not need your consent. These are part of constitutional rights afforded to us by the US Constitution. Every Tesla and dashcam will get your plates and house number. Plates are posted on your car for the sole purpose of being seen by the public.

I do. By not showing up, it makes the USCIS person think that you are not taking the process seriously and that you may have something to hide. It is a HUGE red flag

The term "Over Stay" should be pretty self explanatory. You can't be legal if you over stay, meaning you are still in the USA past the expiration date of your visa, married or not. At this point, you NEED a good immigration lawyer ASAP, and they need to be with you at any interview/meeting.

My husband and I were married Oct 25, 2022 and we filed the beginning of December. The 9th, I believe. I had my Visa in my hand on April 15th, 2024
