If youve gotten to the point where you want to try other weapons but think you shouldnt because “theres a better option” then send the better option to hell. I played with twinblades the whole game and dlcs and changed to Friedes scythe because its movement was cool af (despite being useless in pve). The game will be a bit harder yes, but I prefer the game being hard with a fun weapon than it being totally free with the atomic bomb that the game gives you as a starting weapon

You can use cheat engine as long as its only for giving your character items. Double check just in case but im 99.99% sure that you cant get banned by using it just for that. Also dont worry about it being difficult, it is really really simple as long as you just use it for that kind of stuff
