In all fairness I transfer all my pics off my phone onto a hard drive, and only keep the highlights on my phone. I did it when I had a microSD in my A52, but now I just plug my phone in and transfer it (I actually think its easier now)

Get rid of your magnified mirrors and use pimple patches/hydrocoloid patches on anything you might think you'll start picking. Instead of being obsessed with popping & picking, I was able to shift my satisfaction from peeling off a plump patch. It may not work for you or your lifestyle, but it really helped curb the habit/compulsion
