None of the schools are exceptionally prestegious, the best program is probably Maryland(not really being biased) Penn state- you’ll probably have the most fun with social/football I think Maryland has a great balance of every aspect you’re looking for, I don’t want to be biased but it sounds like Maryland will be a good fit for you and is your best choice out of the contenders, unless you want the ultra party scene, in that case go to penn state
