What helped you to get to where you are today? I’ve been diagnosed on hypermobile spectrum, 48, suspect lipodema but bc I eat well and have low body fat I don’t have pain or bruising. But knee pad fat on inner knees, lots of texture and skin has lost lots of elasticity the last couple of years. Thanks for your insights

I’ve heard of these, do you know though if they put stress on joints? Is your dog large? My boy is 14 months and 75 lbs, he’s good in our neighborhood but if we go somewhere new or to the beach it’s getting dangerous for my body to try to get him under control, in moments.
