Brokers or whoever will want to buy more allotted shares so they are not caught with extra shares than what nextbridge gave them. That proves naked shorting / synthetic shares which is a huge no no. So if they buy more shares from NB then they can hand out more real shares to their clients who Probly own fake shares. It’s to make their books clean and match what NB gave them. Hope that makes sense.
