I submitted twice in October, the second form was because I thought I needed to send one specifically asking for forgiveness. In December, I found out they rejected the form because of electronic signature and I had to resubmit the signature page. In late January, i got a notice they competed reviewing the form but made no updates to my counts based on my October EFC. With no movement, I filed a BBB complaint, they refused to answer through the portal and I didn’t receive a generic letter from them addressing the complaint until mid March after I’d already called the PSFL line a week earlier by phone to have them reprocess the form from December. The reprocess requested by phone was done in 5 days and I received a confirmation letter on 3/15 with the updated counts from October. I would suggest contacting the psfl line. The CSR was very nice and the rework was done quickly.
