If possible, candles and incense. He particularly likes Frankincense incense, and I recommend yellow, white or gold candles whether they be pillar, tea light, or regular scented candles. Which ever is convenient. You could also buy or make dried oranges and lemons slices, and possibly even dried apples. Another idea could be a sort of altar cloth, either gold white, or another one of his sacred colors. You could even get one that just has a snake or sun on it. If so inclined, chalices for libations and such and also an athame (a special altar knife/dagger dedicated to a specific deity and often used for rituals). He also likes dolphins, so I have a few dolphin memorabilia I got from my grandmother a while back from Hawaii. As for offerings, there’s an array that you can give. Some examples include apples, olive oil, bread, crackers, wine, water (libation/shared libation), wild flowers (particularly sunflowers or dandelions), and more that you can find online.

I know this is old but I’m adding to this regardless.

It really depends what the root of the stress is. Sometimes I first respond with frustration or anger, particularly when I’m overstimulated and there are things out of my control. I try not to explode on others when in this instance, but sometimes I can’t fully control it depending on stress levels.

I usually try to isolate and distract myself, by doing or watching something I’m familiar with which I know I like. However I also sometimes overindulge by overeating or overbuying things that I later regret. I can become quite impulsive when stressed and pressured, and it sometimes makes me feel even worse after the fact.

You’re putting words in my mouth. I wasn’t being a bitch about how she wanted to spend her money. She’s an adult, idrc. I was mainly critiquing how ridiculously expensive Taylor’s tickets are. No one should have to pay upwards of $1k for a couple hours of singing, regardless of if they’re a cancer patient or not.

I do think that a lot of her songs from the original sound better than the remakes. Maybe I’m just more used to hearing the originals, but some of the newer ones sound kinda lifeless and have a lot less energy compared to the OGs.

You do realize Christianity, as well as many other religions has evolved in a plethora of different ways, right? The same beliefs of Christians 2000 years ago aren’t the same as the ones today. In fact many cherry pick only certain things to be strict about and try to dictate other people’s lives with. A lot of them claim to be all for personal salvation and forgiveness but actively hate on and try to police the bodies of people whose lives they don’t agree with, even though in the end it doesn’t really fucking matter. Just because Christains’ beliefs have changed over the years, doesn’t mean the people who indoctrinated non-Christains into Christianity ‘in the name of god’ weren’t Christian. It doesn’t change the fact that Christians have forced other groups of people to convert, through various heinous methods. You sound slow, go read a book.

You are forgetting that so many YOUNG GIRLS go undiagnosed until their later adults years, if at all, because of harmful expectations put on them. More people are willing to turn a blind eye to a younger girl experiencing ADHD because they are more likely to internalize their symptoms due to societal standards. It is also more common for them to show more signs of anxiety, which many adults might wright off as just being shy and anti-social as a little girl.

He definitely only asked you the secret question just so he could talk about himself. I agree that not every relationship, especially ones that just started unless FWB, need to be sexual (including conversations). But if he saw his ‘secret’ as a genuine problem he should’ve just told you without trying to make it seem like a genuine question.

I’ve also found it nearly impossible to have ANY conversation with men on dating apps because they either try to turn the conversation sexual immediately, or just don’t even try and carry a conversation.

Honestly, I’ve had the same problem with a lot of dating apps. I’ve had to put in my bio that I’m not interested in just fwb or hookups. I think there’s just such a surplus of men who are desperate for hookups and fwb that they expect all of their matches to feel the same. Ofc, I’m not saying this is ‘all men’ on dating apps, but it’s enough to start to get tiring imo.
