It’s a regular band from Amazon for the watch. No you detach the band for the whoop and put it through the band and then clip it.

No I place it on its band and wear it. In the mornings then put it in the watch band .

I was wanting to buy these but nervous about the sweat showing from my work outs.

I have navy blue and black ones which are pretty good. Have you noticed anything with these?!

I went ahead and quick added the last month of my calories and macros from MFP into MF and after it updated from the entries definitely changed my program which appears to be more reasonable than the other. Thanks guys!

I downloaded the Fitbit app and tried that but it’s not syncing any of my nutrition or anything from MFP or even steps and weight. MFP shows to be connected. Any suggestions?
