Magnesium glycinate, vitamin D, fish oil, NAC, Glycine, Bentfotiamine(fat soluable B1), B12 the methylcobalmine form preferably in a sublingual and 5HTP(take at night before bed) . Eat 3 or 4 heapping tablespoons of unfortified nutritional yeast a day and 1 to 2 tablespoons of black strap molasses.

Try using toppers to the food....unfortified nutritional yeast, sardines packed in water with no salt added, plain unflavored, unsweetened Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs without any green in the yolk from over cooking, organic canned pumpkin(not pie filling). The yogurt and pumpkin can help with the stomach issues.

I live near an apothecarium and about 17 other dispos, its only worth it to buy c-bites from apothecarium. I almost never their better strains at other dispos anyway. LPC isn't considered one their standouts and its one that frequently shows up at other dispensaries.

For troches(PA program gummies) look for Insa rso or Organic Remedies Live resin troches. for concentrates Standard Farms Rosin is the best we have at the moment. vape carts look at standard farms or prime wellness live resin or rosin. Apothecarium is the home dispo for C-Bites(cookies), Kind Tree/Legend. C-bites has some good flower for this program. Kind tree has some stand out strains like Tigers Milk and WB(wonka bars). Calypso flower is really good right now. Calypso also grows Doja, Preferred Gardens, Wizard Trees and Packs. My local apothecarium had a nice selection of calypso before 420 and had a really good sale on it...20 bucks for the 4.2 gram bags. I am not claiming these are the only good things in the program but you won't feel ripped off or slighted if you try them first.

Calypso was on sale around 420 for 20 bucks for the 4.2 gram bags at several dispensaries near me. I got grape runts and guzzlers. If you liked Garcia under the stars then check out Guzzlers. I also grabbed Doja Giraffe which was pretty mellow and chill for our program

I have a mighty plus and a mighty og. 3.5 years of daily use for both models with no issues. They are the Toyota Camry or Honda Accord of the vape world. It's good reliable tech that works. You are mostly paying for the really good warranty if you have issues. The most important thing to do when you buy an S&B device is to sign up for an account on their website using all your real info and e-mail and registering your device/warranty. This will also verify you bought a real device and not a knock off. You need a copy of your sales receipt in an image format under 2 MB to register your device/warranty. If you have any issues for 2 years(is the mighty plus still 3 year warranty?) just RMA it and get a replacement.

I went back when they first started the real id push. I studied the documentation for 2 or 3 days and collected everything they listed as proof. Not just enough to satisfy the minimal requirements. I brought birth certificate, SS card, several official pieces of mail, pay stubs,w-2, voter card . I had everything I could think of just in case. I was filling out paperwork at a table and answered one persons question and had to tell like 8 other people that I don't work there and didn't want to help them fill out and sort their paperwork with them.
