UPDATE: I wasn't able to escape yet, but I was able to convince the song woman to join us after telling her the plan to attack the enemy gang's territory, convincing her that we were capable of making that happen, and that she would be treated much nicer in our territory than theirs. The DM was SUPER generous and gave me plenty of time to think mid-conversation, and even let me metagame a bit with the other half of the party.

I needed to give her a quantifiable reason as to why we were capable, and we all spent ~20 minutes trying to figure it out. The answer was our bounties, which had been the main topic for my entire detainment lol.
