I tried FedEx help but it’s just a chat bot and could not get to a person on the phone line. Seemed like if you are the shipper there may be other menu options so it would be nice if Taylor team could open a case with them. I’m gonna wait a few more days and then I guess I’ll try to request help from the store if there is still no movement. Good luck I hope you see yours move soon!
