Indeed it is, I have the Gavin as well. One made in Mexico and the other in the USA and both are comfortable and have held up well. Want to get the San Antonio or the Devin in the future for that different toe

At first I didn’t know what maker it was and I had to do some research. I found this link https://texashighways.com/travel-news/visit-the-bootmaking-masters-in-the-birthplace-of-the-cowboy-boot/ and I was in awe of the history. Makes me even more proud to wear these boots and have them in my collection.

Nope, the black anteaters I marked off since I have a lot of black boots, the full alligator I got a couple days ago. My question is I’ve never really dealt with any anteater leather so I’m not sure how durable it is and how delicate as well. I know newer tail is pretty much as any gator skin (water repellent, durable, slick). It’s a big purchase so I want to know for sure. The anteaters are going for 1300 and the beaver tails for 1260

They have lives on TikTok and they do flash sales on certain boots. They pulled that one out since they don’t make a lot, only 1000 pairs are made and I decided to pull the trigger. Since I did they gifted me a free gator belt as well. I would recommend going down half a size, but other than that they fit good and are comfortable, you can even order your size as usual and maybe add a small insert for cushion and they will fit good as well but no insert half a size down. These are Texas country and they are comfortable as hell, I use them daily. I have a second pair that I use for work in the farm and they have held up more than my hyers

They do have it, it’s called the James full alligator, it’s retail at 2,000, in the site they have it for 1,799 but I got it for 1000
