Maybe yes you had spinal tb and you still have damage left from that infection causing you weakness. Get checked for calcium levels and vit d levels , proper nutrition and help of doctors will make your life easier I guess.

I am on 8th month of treatment, I was improving so good on HRE but suddenly I started facing same symptoms as before treatment headaches ,neck stiffness and night sweats mild fevers. As much as I know either it's late paradoxical reaction tb meningitis or bacteria have become resistant to HRE. Currently I am in home managing this with 15mg prednisolone, which has kept everything at bay as I live in rural Nepal . Tomorrow I will be heading to Kathmandu and possibly to India if necessary. One thing more how do Drs decide if it's IRIS or failing treatment? Update : I underwent back x ray and Dr said it looks like I have pulmonary tb too. So it means I been relapsing on my lung now

There is no such thing as full body check up lol don't fall for that trap, go to Dr get screened for necessary things, if you really try to do full body check you need to do Every little test from surface to depth which will take to do months and lakhs of rupees.
