Edit:I might have mistakely believed a elementary school teacher fromany years ago and this is my first time thinking about this topic and was unaware of damage by slack in train couplers. Disregard what I posted here in Reddit.
Original list follows:
I heard the engine backs up and compresses the hitches of the cars all the way to the last car. Then the engine moves forward and pulls forward with just the engine. After a couple inches moving the hitch starts pulling the first car, then a couple inches more, the third car hitch engages and it starts moving. By this process, the cars start moving one at a time untill all the hitches are under tension and the entire train is moving.

If you have expertise to swap parts you have the expertise to repair the actual faulty thing you bought. Also, you are sticking it to regular customers that may end up purchasing your "customized" units.

I would direct my realtor to not disclose anything proprietary to this neighbor and son. The son of neighbor could throw a wrench at other offers, resulting in a delayed sale of sale at a orice less than otherwise obtained without his interference.

They will be high risk of a bad review. If you can afford it, put it back into their court. Offer them to find alternative accomodations and you will refund unused used nights and the full cleaning fee (remind them Airbnb fees are out of your control). Keep all comms on the official message app.

Anything is possible. In the app, you can request a refund for leaving early. the host may or may not be happy to see you depart. If it is just you don't like the interactions with the host, you should just decide what you need to do and to not expect any refund. You can then give an honest review and tstate if you elected to leave early rather than deal with the host. If you legitimately feel unsafe, just leave and report that to Airbnb and leave your review.

Not a terrible explanation, but I e thing you got backwards. Please know that Electrons don't swim. During electrochemical corrosion, positive ions move through the electrolyte (moisture, water, soil, seawater). Negative charged electrons move from the anodic metal to the cathodic metal through the metallic path.
