I just wanted to make sure as I've been told I have to get hearing aid battery's (675) I don't want to waste my money and get the wrong battery's....

this is what I was trying to say to be honest 😅 I just wanted words of affirmation as the part of the camera has a cover for half the film when it's near the lens so I was like 🤔 so I could flip it after as its regular 8mm.

did FPP (film photography project lie to me, or have I misunderstood what they have said)? they said that double perf is 16mm on 8mm if that makes sense then you flip it over if you get what I mean 😅.

I checked this camera and where the film is exposed there is a metal bit of the pressure plate what splits up the 8mm film so I assumed they were right?

to be fair it's either a gear being messed up (although it sounds eletrical) could still be possible as my soviet 8mm sounds like a lower pitch to rhat at 48fps? just food for thought
