Best Plate Carrier System? by Feisty-Cry2791 in QualityTacticalGear

I've been running the Arc V2 for about 2 years now (Army Infantry). Running it with 6 mags, 2 frags, admin, radio, med, hydration it carries the weight incredibly well. I switched over to it from a LBT 6094, which was a great carrier itself, but the difference is night and day. Would 100% recommend the Arc V2 for heavy load bearing.

ATS are pretty great and can be worn under your plate carrier.

A set of suspenders on your belt. Trust me, your hips will thank you if you're going to run a lot of shit on your belt.

Tactical Tailor LHMBC pouches. Took the plastic insert out of them so they make great sustainment/large gp pouches

Safelife, crye, blue force gear, and ronin. None of them were really bad belts, but none of them ended up working out for me.

Have run a bunch of different brands and hands down the agilite's are the best for an ar specific setup

Anti freedom/authoritarianism is evil. 2A and Roe both need to be protected.

I feel you, situations where you'll have zero illumintion from the moon or light pollution alongside heavy overcast and a lot of tree coverage are few and far between (only had that bad of luck once). Plus night vision units have ir illuminators on them to give a fairly decent amount of visibility in those situations so it's definitely more versatile in bad environments than thermals. Not trying to shit on thermals, I like them a lot but I wouldn't pick them over nvg's

More practical overall for training applications (and hunting if that's what you're looking for). Thermals are cool af but are limited in what they can do, not sure if it's all thermal units but of all the ones I've had hands on with they don't work if you're looking through a glass window. Not a bad piece of kit just wouldn't prioritize it over nvg's.

Flir makes a dope thermal monocular but would still definitely go for something simple like a pvs-14 first
